NINJA Shipping Policy & Rates

Delivery will be made in line with our Terms and Conditions and is FREE OF CHARGE to mainland UK, excluding the highlands.  All orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day with our partner carrier on their 24 hour service for delivery the next working day. For avoidance of any doubt, Saturday and Sunday are not counted as working days.

Please Note: Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday, (excluding any bank holidays) so all orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Important: Due to ongoing disruptions due to COVID in the workplace our carrier partners are not guaranteeing a 24 hour delivery service (UK only).  We are experiencing an excellent success rate, however the reality is that some deliveries could be delayed.  We are also experiencing a number of partial deliveries, as the desktops rely on manual handling which is impacted by staffing levels at the depots.  If you receive a partial delivery there will be a 95%+ chance that the missing part will be delivered the next day, however if you have any concerns over your delivery please do reach out to us and we'll do what we can to help.

European orders:

The same day shipping deadline for all export orders is 1200 hours

All orders taken for delivery outside of the United Kingdom will be subject to zero rated VAT, as the locally prevailing VAT rate will apply and will have to be paid for by the customer to their local tax collector on or before delivery.  As our desks are completed by using our UK manufacturing there is no duty to pay for European customers.

When exporting goods to Europe from the UK, with the terms of DAP (recipient to pay Duties & Taxes on delivery), we are unable to advise on any charges as the charges are applied by local authorities and therefore they would have to advise on the charges that are applied at local level. Furthermore, if charges have been paid on Exports by the receiver and are then disputed at a later date, we cannot advise on this as charges have already been paid and any disputes would need to be raised with local authorities to confirm the local charges and breakdown.

All orders for Club and Competition standing gaming desks will  shipped with a standard UK plug.  All other desks shipped to the Eurozone will also have an EU plug included free of charge.

Please note: 

We have occasionally encountered some delays at the receiving customs, awaiting clearance, both our carrier partners and ourselves have no control over local customs and are unable to influence them in order to speed up the clearance process.  Goods delayed in customs will not be deemed to be failure to deliver and not subject to order cancellation/recall.

Any part delivered damaged will be rapidly replaced, however it will be the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the damaged component.

UK Pallet Deliveries

If your order is for a Conqueror height adjustable gaming desk or weighs over 60 Kg it will likely be delivered on a pallet both due to the weight and to minimise damages, however you will have to dispose of the pallet.

Our expert packers in the warehouse usually place a ‘seconds’ or damaged desktop on the base of the pallet to act as extra protection against knocks, so please be aware there may be an unwrapped desktop with one corner broken off sitting on the base of the pallet, please do not refuse delivery as your desktop will not be exposed but safely wrapped up in cardboard with edge protectors placed inside.

As standard industry policy, all pallet deliveries are kerbside only (IE: outside the front door of a building) due to health and safety and insurance considerations, however, if you need help with your order into your premises, it is worth asking the driver on delivery if he could help take the goods to your door (if you live in an apartment) and also if he could take the pallet away with him (most of these guys are decent enough and may well do it as a favour or for the cost of a drink).  However, it must be pointed out that due to the policy, they are under no obligation to do so.
